Simple Table Recipes is a collection of homemade recipes that are meant to be cooked on a normal weeknight, in a normal kitchen, with ingredients from a normal grocery shop.
What you'll find here
Every recipe on this site is built around four things:
- Practical recipes. Food that fits into a real week rather than an ideal one.
- Everyday ingredients. Nothing that requires a specialist shop or a single-use purchase.
- Clear instructions. Honest timings, visual cues for doneness, and a note when something is genuinely fiddly.
- Homemade food. Bread, baking and dinners worth the time they take.
How the recipes are written
The recipe is at the top of every page, not buried under a story. If you want the background, it's there. If you want the ingredient list, it's one tap away — and there's a print button on every recipe that gives you just the card.
Weights are given alongside cup measurements wherever precision matters, particularly in bread and baking, because a cup of flour is not a fixed amount.
Who writes this
[Replace this section with your own introduction — who you are, why you started the site, and what you like cooking most. A few honest sentences work better here than a long biography.]
