- Step 1. Preheat the oven to 190°C / 375°F. Line a 12-cup muffin pan.
- Step 2. In a large bowl, whisk together the 250 g flour, 10 g baking powder, and 3 g salt.
- Step 3. In another bowl, whisk together the 135 g honey, 120 g milk, 85 g melted butter, 2 eggs, and 5 g vanilla.
- Step 4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir just until combined. Do not overmix.
- Step 5. Gently fold in the 150 g blueberries.
- Step 6. Divide the batter evenly between 12 muffin cups, filling each about ¾ full.
- Step 7. Bake for 18–22 minutes, until the tops are golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs.
- Step 8. Let them cool in the pan for about 5 minutes, then transfer to a rack.
